Privacy Policy

RPHUB Reporting is an online reporting product for RentalPoint rental companies, operated by SF Business Developments Pty Ltd. We do not own or publish the RentalPoint software. You can reach us at hello@rphubreporting.app or by post at PO Box 805, Drouin VIC 3805 AU.

If you are a customer, we sync booking, labour and invoicing data from your own RentalPoint database in order to produce your reports. That data remains yours.

• We use it for one purpose: producing your reports and supporting you when you ask for help.
• We do not sell it, and we do not use one customer’s data to serve another.
• The sync reads from your RentalPoint database and never writes to it. Data travels in one direction — from your server to us — over an encrypted connection.
• We bring across what the reports need: bookings, invoices, labour and the related lists. Not your whole system.

To sign in you provide a name, an email address and a password. Sign-in is handled by Clerk, our authentication provider — we never see or store your password. When you sign up we also record your company name and contact details so we can set your account up and reach you about it.

Contact form: we collect your name, email, and optionally company and phone, together with your message. We use it only to answer you. It is emailed to us and is not added to any mailing list.

Email updates: if you join the list we collect your first name and email, and optionally company, country and whether you use RentalPoint. We confirm your address first (double opt-in) so nobody else can add you, and we record the date, your consent and your IP address as evidence of that consent. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.

We use a small number of established providers to run the service. They process data only on our instructions:

• Supabase — database and file storage
• Railway — application hosting
• Clerk — sign-in and account security
• Resend — sending email

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for their own purposes.

We keep your reporting data for as long as your account is active, so your history stays available to you. If you stop using the Service you can ask us to delete it, and we will do so within a reasonable period except where we are required to keep records — billing records being the usual example.

Mailing-list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is limited to those who need it to operate and support the Service. Each company’s data is separated, and your reports are visible only to the users you invite to your own account.

The website uses only what it needs to function — chiefly a sign-in session cookie so you stay logged in, and your saved preferences such as light or dark mode. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@rphubreporting.app and we will action it. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

We will update this page as the Service develops, and change the date at the top. If a change materially affects you we will tell you by email or in the app rather than relying on you noticing.
