Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who these terms are with

RPHUB Reporting (“the Service”) is operated by SF Business Developments Pty Ltd(“we”, “us”), PO Box 805, Drouin VIC 3805 AU. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms on behalf of the company you represent (“you”).

We do not own or publish the RentalPoint software. RPHUB Reporting reads data from your own RentalPoint installation with your permission.

2. What the Service does

The Service reads booking and related data from your RentalPoint database and presents it as online reports. To do this we install a sync program on a server you control. That program has read-only access to your RentalPoint database and does not write to it.

Which reports and limits apply to you depends on the plan you choose. Plan inclusions are described on our pricing page and may change for future billing periods on reasonable notice.

3. Free trial

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. The trial period begins when your data first syncs successfully, not when you sign up — so you are not charged for time spent waiting for us to connect your system. No payment details are required to start a trial.

At the end of the trial you may choose a paid plan or stop. If you do not continue, we keep syncing for a short period (currently around 30 days) so that you can resume without losing continuity, after which syncing is paused.

4. Fees and payment

Paid plans are charged per company at the rates shown on our pricing page, plus GST for Australian customers. Plans may be billed monthly or annually. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.

We may change prices for future billing periods. We will give you reasonable notice before any change affects you, and you may cancel rather than accept it.

5. Your data

Your booking data remains yours. We use it solely to provide the Service to you — to produce your reports and to support you. We do not sell it, and we do not use one customer’s data to serve another.

Data is hosted with reputable infrastructure providers. Our handling of personal information is described in our privacy policy.

If you stop using the Service you may ask us to delete your data, and we will do so within a reasonable period except where we are required to retain records.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for the people you invite to your account, and for having the right to give us access to the data you connect. Please do not attempt to disrupt the Service, access other customers’ data, or use the Service unlawfully.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and your data current, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, and problems on your own server or network can all interrupt reporting. Where an interruption is within our control we will address it promptly.

8. Liability

The Service is a reporting tool. It presents data drawn from your RentalPoint system, and it is not a substitute for your own commercial or financial judgement. You remain responsible for decisions you make.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the Service at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires it. We may suspend or end access if fees remain unpaid after notice, or if the Service is being misused.

On termination we will remove the sync program from your server on request, and stop collecting data.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service develops. If a change materially affects you we will let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
